Paysage du canal

If you enjoy boating around, come and hire one of our no-license boats (electric or petrol), unless you fancy a canoe, paddleboard, kayak or pedalo.

You can hire for 1 hour, 2 hours, half-day or full day (8 hours), and from half an hour for the pedalos.

If you are renting a boat on the totally safe Canal de Garonne, you will be able to pass a lock, have a break down the beautiful hill of Meilhan-Sur-Garonne, visit Le Mas-d’Agenais and see the stunning  suspension bridge crossing the canal and the river, but also the market building and its St-Vincent church. Renting either a boat or a bike can also get you to the “Farniente Fourquais”, tiny local restaurant along the canal, and as well lead you to Caumont-sur-Garonne for a snack. For those who fancy a typical picnic, the riverbank is all yours..

At the beginning of your rental, we will give you a short lesson about safety rules allowing you to understand how to correctly navigate on the canal and enjoy your tour at its best.

After leaving our office, the first lock is standing 8 kilometers further on the canal, which you can pass if you feel like it. Don’t forget your cool box ! Cameras and sunglasses are highly recommended. You will also be given a boating/cycling map. While boating, you might be lucky enough to spot a heron or a kingfisher flying around.. In case you are a fishing enthusiast, you will meet a lot of people to share this hobbie with.

No-license electric boats : Silent, clean energy, lovely, they’re all fitted with a sail cover keeping you away from the sun. Their battery can last for a whole day out, and they’re so stable and easy to handle that you will only need a few minutes to learn how to use them..
